Merry Christmas! This past year has been challenging and I’m sure it didn’t go how anyone expected. We certainly had to work through supply chain issues, labor shortages, and COVID-19. We are grateful for everyone on our team’s hard work that makes our projects, communities, and investments possible! We have sold out two different communities of ours this past year and are looking to finish two more here in 2022.
Our Rose Ln Lofts located in Tobin Hill right off of the St Mary’s strip was our first community to be built and sold out in 2021. This was a challenging project as we were in the heart of building the community when the COVID pandemic caused the world to practically shut down. This community had two different floor plans, one with 2 bedrooms / 2.5 bathrooms and an expansive balcony, and the other floor plan was 3 bedroom / 2.5 bathroom and a rooftop deck and balcony. Both floor plans had exotic quartz waterfall countertops for flexibility of use and an amazing aesthetic, soft closed cabinets, and a beautiful modern urban aesthetic. This community was tucked and hidden on a quiet side street not even a quart mile from the strip!
We also built and sold another community in Mahncke Park not too far away from our Tobin Hill Rose Ln Lofts. This community called our Lucas St Lofts was a similar condominium community but was a modern farmhouse style community. This community was a 2 bedroom / 2.5 bathroom floor plan with a flex room on the third floor that could be a bedroom, study, loft or media room! These were in a more suburban style neighborhood by the Botanical Gardens right off of Broadway.
We are excited about what is to come here in 2022 with our downtown San Antonio urban communities. We are looking to build and finish our urban home Brazos Commons community by San Antonio College in Five Points, and our Ira Ave Lofts condo community in Mahncke Park off of Broadway.
