Howdy! We are here in 2022 finally and are excited about the future and what we have coming up. We will be working on finishing up two communities, and starting on another along with a commercial project.

Our Brazos Commons located in Five Points right by San Antonio College and San Pedro Springs Park will have a minimum of six homes finishing up this year. We are super excited to have these families move into their custom urban homes. There are plenty of ways to customize these urban homes from the interior selections, floor plans, exterior selections, and even exterior colors. None of these homes will be the same and will all be representative of the families and their tastes and personalities! As of now we  have two homes available to be built, so reach out if you are interested.

Our second community to be finished up is a condo community in Mahncke Park! Our Ira Ave Lofts are new construction condo’s right off of broadway! These are all three bedroom/three and a half bathroom condo’s with a one car or two car garage. These are customizable and have multiple interior selections to choose from to customize your unit to you and your style. We have sold out on Phase 1 and have limited availability in Phase 2 and 3, so reach out to reserve your unit!

We will be starting on a build to rent community right next to Fort Sam Military Base! These will be modern townhomes for families that want to be close to downtown, the base or be in a suburban community downtown. We are currently drawing the floor plans and working on the community layout. This will be finished in 2023!

We are also starting on restoring a historic commercial building in downtown San Antonio on Austin St! This is a commercial building we will be rehabbing and turning into a mixed use building for lease. This building is super unique and in an amazing location for business or personal use so reach out if you would like more information on leasing here!
