    At Center City, we have a “safety first” deal structure.
    This means that the return OF capital is more important than a return ON capital.

    Here’s exactly what we do to protect your hard earned money:

    • Receive preferential returns. You are paid your preferred return before anyone else takes a profit on the deal (including the deal sponsors).

    • You are not responsible for ANY of the debt obligations. In our case, we guarantee the debt and partner with ultra-high net-worth individuals who personally guarantee the recourse debt.

    • The risk is limited to the amount of money you invest in the deal. AKA there will never be a cash-call.

    • Investors will receive their money back FIRST upon a sale or disposition.
